Fall colors didn’t make much progress this past week, due to well above average temperatures until Thursday. We expect fall foliage to really break out over the next two weeks throughout the entire state, thanks to the major pattern change. Moderate color persists in Northern PA, especially above 1300′ elevation. The Lower Susquehanna Valley and SEPA haven’t seen much change as of yet, but as mentioned this will rapidly change in the next few weeks.
