Temperatures today will range anywhere from the 70s to about 90 degrees, with the hottest temperatures centered around the southeast part of the state. Scattered thunderstorms are also possible throughout the day.
A typical summer day is in the forecast with an isolated chance of a thunderstorm and high temperatures reaching the low to mid 80s. Have a nice day!
A beautiful day is expected across the state today with temperatures in the 70s and lower 80s. A far cry from the heat wave we were just experiencing a few days ago!
Another hot day is expected today, especially across our eastern counties where high temperatures will reach well into the 90s! Stay hydrated and check on your elderly family and friends, as well as pets! Showers and thunderstorms are also possible, but we are not expecting a washout.

Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms are expected with temperatures in the 80s and 90s across the state. The main threat with today’s storms will be damaging winds, large hail, and frequent lightning. Keep an eye to both the sky and radar today as these storms may impact any outdoor plans.
