Multiple chances for showers and thunderstorms are possible through midweek with the passage of several systems, the passage of a cold front Wednesday will drop temperatures to near normal levels and bring drier conditions to the region.
Tuesday
Showers and thunderstorms are possible throughout the day, some storms could be severe. Highs will be in the mid to low 90s, lows will be in the low 70s. Heat indices approaching 100 degrees are possible, especially in urban areas. Winds will be out of the west-southwest at 7 to 14 mph, wind gusts above 20 mph are possible.
Wednesday
Chance for showers and thunderstorms are possible throughout the day. Highs will be in the mid to low 80s, lows will be in the mid to low 60s. Winds will be out of the west-southwest at 6 to 10 mph.
Thursday
Mostly sunny conditions with cooler temperatures. Highs will be in the low 80s to upper 70s, lows will range in the 50s.
