Today’s weather will be cooler than the past few days, however we will be dealing with off and on rain showers, especially across Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. There is the potential for some of these showers to produce downpours that could lead to flash flooding. Take a look at the future radar valid for 12:00 PM this afternoon:
