Gusty winds 20 to 25 mph (with higher gusts above 30 mph in the mountains) will put wind chill values down into the single digits at times.
Tonight will be very cold with overnight low temperatures ranging from 10 above across Southern and Southeastern Pennsylvania to near zero in the mountains. Wind chill values will range near zero to as low as 10 below across Northern Pennsylvania.
