After a rather cloudy start, skies will become partly cloudy.  A cold front just our south may still produce a few isolated or widely scattered thunderstorms across Southern and Southeast Pennsylvania this afternoon. Locally heavy rainfall and gusty winds are the primary threats in these storms. It will be a bit cooler to the northwest with highs in the lower 80’s, but remaining muggy across the southern and southeastern portion of the state with highs reaching the lower 90s.
