It’s October and the holiday season is right around the corner, along with our normally scheduled winter, as long as it doesn’t go like last year! We will have our Preliminary 2020-2021 Winter Outlook posted next week for those interested. For today though, we’re looking at seasonal temperatures statewide with a few showers possible in western PA. Also, Fall Foliage Report #2 will be posted today!
