Tuesday will feature mostly cloudy skies. High temperatures will only reach the upper teens to lower 20s across Northwest Pennsylvania. However, it will be milder across Southeast Pennsylvania with highs near 40 degrees. There will be a chance for flurries today across the western portion of the state as more arctic arrives Tonight and into Wednesday for all of Pennsylvania.
