Expect another hot and humid day with partly cloudy skies. A boundary to the north will slowly slide south by later this afternoon and trigger widely scattered showers and thunderstorms across the northern portion of the state. Locally heavy rainfall is possible with these thunderstorms. Temperatures will likely reach the low to mid-90s across Southeast Pennsylvania with heat index values approaching 100 degrees in the afternoon. Be sure to drink plenty of water if outdoors this afternoon!
