Widely scattered showers are in the forecast today across the northern half of the state, with cooler temperatures, in the upper 40s to lower 50s. Across the southern half, some sunshine will help to boost temperatures to around 60 degrees. It will be a breezy day with wind gusts up to 30 mph.
