Monday will be a chilly day across much of the state. Highs will struggle to reach the mid to upper 30s across Northwestern Pennsylvania, with a chance of Lake Effect Snow showers. A bit milder across Southeastern Pennsylvania with highs in the mid to upper 40s. Monday night will be very cold with lows in the low to mid 20s.
