Today will be a very cold and breezy day with wind gusts up to 20 mph. High temperatures will struggle to reach 40 degrees across Southeast Pennsylvania. Flurries or scattered Lake Effect Snow showers are possible across Northern and Northwestern Pennsylvania. Highs will only reach the upper 20’s to around 30 degrees across the highest elevations. Wind chill values in the 20s at times.
