A cold front will move across the state this afternoon.  Temperatures will be very warm ahead of the front, in the upper 60s to lower 70s across Southeastern Pennsylvania. West of Interstate 81, temperatures will fall from the 50s and 60s into the 40s by mid to late afternoon with rain showers and gusty winds.   Rain will hold off across Eastern PA until this evening. Lake Effect Snow will develop across Northwest PA tonight into early Friday morning.
