Tuesday will be a frigid day, despite a mixture of clouds and sunshine. Highs will struggle to reach the low to mid-20s across Southern Pennsylvania. To the north, temperatures will be even colder with highs in the teens to lower 20s. A few widely scattered snow showers are possible across Far Northwest Pennsylvania. Much warmer temperatures are expected on Wednesday.
