A frontal passage will be bringing rain today from west to east. For many locations, the rain will hold off until after sunset. However, areas across the western half of the state will experience afternoon rain showers. A rumble of thunder cannot be ruled out. Temperatures will rise into the 60s and 70s throughout the coverage area.
