RAW VIDEO: Reported Tornado Tears Through Warren County, PA

A tornado was reported by several sources including a 911 Call Center and other emergency management employees in Northern Warren County Thursday Evening. The supercell thunderstorm had just gone tornado warned at the time of the reports. The video below displays a funnel cloud with a potential touchdown.
