Isolated, but strong thunderstorms caused several flash flood warnings to be hoisted during the overnight hours while many of us were sleeping. More showers and thunderstorms are expected this weekend. Below is a look at the latest radar:
Today’s Weather Forecast: 7/10
Today will feature a drastic difference in temperatures across the state. Many will remain in the upper 60s and 70s, while western Pennsylvania will see temperatures approaching 90 degrees. Isolated shower and thunderstorms are possible.
Saturday’s Weather Forecast: 6/10
Saturday will feature a better chance for showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures will generally range from the upper 70s to near 90 degrees.

Below is a look at the latest Hi-Res NAM future radar for Saturday evening. Showers and storms will be moving west to east. Most of the activity should remain under severe criteria, however gusty winds and torrential downpours will be possible.
Sunday’s Weather Forecast: 8/10
Early morning showers and thunderstorms will giveaway to clearing by the late morning hours Sunday. Most of Sunday will be dry with temperatures in the upper 7s to mid 80s across the state.
Labor Day Weather Forecast: 10/10
The good news is, while the weekend looks a bit unsettled, Monday looks absolutely perfect for any Labor Day festivities!
