A cold front moving across the area will bring moderate to locally heavy rainfall to Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. Rainfall amounts will range from one-half inch to locally 1 inch along and east of Interstate 81. Western Pennsylvania will dry out and clouds will break for sunshine in the afternoon. Wind gusts 20 to 30 mph can be expected statewide with locally higher gusts across the highest elevations.
