This weekend will feature chilly temperatures and gusty winds. If you are planning any outdoor activities, make sure you carry an umbrella on Saturday. Sunday is looking better but on the colder and breezy side.
Saturday will feature scattered rain and snow showers across Northern and Western Pennsylvania. Some of these showers could be intense, allowing temperatures to briefly fall into the low to mid 30s. Light snow accumulations are possible in the most intense snow showers. Across Southern and Eastern Pennsylvania, you can expect a mix of clouds and sunshine with high temperatures in the mid to upper 40s.
Although Sunday will remain quite chilly for April, we will see partly sunny skies across much of the Keystone State. There’s still a chance for a few widely scattered rain or snow showers across Northwest and Northern Pennsylvania. It will also be on the windy side with wind gusts 20 to 25 mph, making it feel a bit colder. High temperatures will range from the 30s in mountains to the 40s across Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. Temperatures will be a bit warmer in Southwestern Pennsylvania with highs near 50 degrees.
