A storm system off the Carolina coast will bring some snow into Far Southeastern Pennsylvania this morning. Up to 1 inch of snow is possible. Otherwise, expect a cold day across much of the state with wind gusts 20 to 25 mph and highs ranging from the mid-20s to lower 30s.
