It is only right that the last day of 2018 ends on a rainy note with warmer than average high temperatures. Steady rain will develop from southwest to northeast later this morning and early afternoon hours. Moderate, to at times heavy rain will continue to fall throughout the evening hours and will become more scattered by midnight Tuesday morning.
