Another windy day is on tap for Pennsylvania again with temperatures much colder than yesterday with temperatures generally in the 20s and 30s. High Wind Warnings and Wind Advisories remain in effect for all of the state. Scattered power outages remain possible. Yesterday’s wind led to over 100 thousand customers without power at some point. Scattered flurries and snow showers are also possible across Western PA.
