Monday will be chilly with a mix of clouds and sunshine and highs ranging from the 20s north and west to the lower 30s south and east. A clipper system to the west will move across Western Pennsylvania late this afternoon into this evening and produce widespread snow showers. Total snow accumulation from late this afternoon into tonight will range from 1 to 3 inches.
