After another cold start, temperatures will be a bit warmer compared to yesterday. Afternoon highs will reach the mid to upper 40’s across Western and Central Pennsylvania, with low 50’s across Southeastern Pennsylvania. Skies will range mostly sunny to partly cloudy.
