Enjoy the morning hours today because by the time we reach the afternoon hours, many of us especially in Eastern and Central Pennsylvania will be dealing with a steady soaking rain. If you have any outdoor plans this afternoon, it is highly recommended to have a plan B. Areas in Western Pennsylvania will miss the bulk of the rain today, however a chance for showers or storms is still possible.
