Friday is going to be a cold and breezy day with a mix of clouds and sunshine. A few scattered Lake Effect Snow showers will be possible across Northwest Pennsylvania, mainly during the morning. High temperatures will only reach the mid to upper-30s across Western Pennsylvania, with low to mid-40s across Southern and Eastern Pennsylvania. Wind gusts 20 to 30 mph will put cold wind chills values in the 20s to lower 30s.
