Extreme Cold Warnings and Cold Weather Advisories are in effect for the region through mid-week, with extremely cold temperatures and wind chill values well below zero are expected.
Tuesday
Partly sunny skies with a slight chance for snow showers. Cold temperatures, highs will be in the mid-teens to low double digits, lows will range between -10 to -15. Winds will be out of the west-southwest at 5 to 10 mph, wind chill values may approach -20 degrees.
Wednesday
Mostly sunny and cold. Highs will be near 10 degrees, lows will be in the low single digits. A light and variable wind is possible with wind chill values around -10 degrees.
Thursday
Mostly sunny with warmer temperatures. Highs will be in the upper to mid 20s, lows will be in the mid to low double digits.
