A frontal zone will remain stalled near our area through the weekend. A hot and humid airmass will remain in place. Several weak disturbance will move through the area, sparking opportunity for thunderstorms, although not everyone will be fortunate enough to get one. With the high humidity, overnight lows will struggle to fall into the mid-upper 60s.
FRIDAY
Friday will continue to feature above normal temperatures and high humidity with heat indexes in the 90s. There will be a few afternoon thunderstorms that ignite in that hot humid air, but coverage will not be widespread.

SATURDAY
Saturday will continue to be hot and humid. Thunderstorms will ignite in this humid air, and should be more widespread than Friday, but not everyone will get one. Storms that do form will likely be slow-moving with heavy downpours.

SUNDAY
The hot and humid weather continues. An approaching upper-level disturbance will inspire more-widespread thunderstorms to ignite, especially during the afternoon and evening hours.
