Hot temperatures will continue. The passage and forecasted stalling of a cold front will bring chances for showers and thunderstorms across the region over the weekend. Heavy rain could fall within thunderstorms, bringing the chance of flash flooding.

Mostly sunny and hot with a chance for afternoon and overnight showers and thunderstorms. Highs will be in the low 90s to mid 80s, lows will be in the low 70s to mid 60s. Winds will be out of the west at 5-10 mph, with wind gusts approaching 20 mph.

Saturday

Partly sunny and hot with chances for showers and thunderstorms throughout the day. Highs will be in the low 90s to mid 80, lows will be in the mid to low 70s. Winds will be light and variable.

Sunday

Partly sunny and hot with chances for showers and thunderstorms throughout the day. Highs will be in the low 90s to mid 80s, lows will be in the low 70s to mid 60s. Winds will be out of the west-southwest at 5-10 mph, with wind gusts approaching 20 mph.
