Mother Nature is starting 2025 with a cold and active weather pattern! First, light snow is expected today parts of the state, followed by a potential significant winter storm late Sunday night into Monday. Below is a look at the latest radar: 

Today’s Weather Forecast: 5/10

Widespread light snow is expected today especially across western Pennsylvania. Accumulations will generally remain on the light side. Temperatures will range from the upper 20s to upper 30s across the state. 

Saturday’s Weather Forecast: 7/10

Saturday will be very cold and blustery. Lake effect snow will remain ongoing across northwest Pennsylvania. Elsewhere, a mix of clouds and sunshine with windy conditions can be expected. 

Sunday’s Weather Forecast: 8/10

Sunday will generally be calm with temperatures in the 20s and 30s. A strong storm system will be on the doorstep as we head late into Sunday night potentially bringing snow to the region by Monday morning.
