Good evening! I hope everyone has had a fantastic weekend and had a chance to enjoy the drier and slightly cooler-than-average conditions. If you did not get out this weekend, there will be more opportunities this upcoming week as we see the dry pattern continue with a combination of temperatures climbing throughout the week.

TUESDAY:

Tuesday will bring a pleasant day to the entire region with high temperatures reaching the low-to-mid 50s under generally sunny skies. It will be a tad windier than usual with a northerly wind of 8 – 12 MPH with occasional gusts up to 25 MPH, adding a slight chill to the air. It will not be a terrible afternoon, but we will continue to see the warming trend continue into the next few days.

WEDNESDAY:

For the middle of the week we should have a pretty pleasant day! With our wind becoming southerly, expect temperatures to warm up into the mid-50s for much of the entire region during the afternoon hours with a mix of sun and clouds. Expect a southerly wind of 5-10 MPH with occasional gusts up to 15-20 MPH. It will be yet another pretty pleasant afternoon, is it really mid-November?

THURSDAY:

Thursday will bring another beautiful day to the region! Expect high temperatures to rise into the low-60s with generally mostly sunny skies. A slightly southerly wind of 3-7 MPH should develop during the afternoon hours but should remain rather unnoticeable. It will be a *PERFECT* day for anything outdoors!

In case you were wondering, we will likely see a break of the warm and dry pattern come this weekend as a strong cold front will likely push through the region late Friday night into Saturday morning, bringing with it likely a band of rain showers, gusty winds, and much colder conditions. The pattern into Thanksgiving week may also remain unsettled, with more potential rain (& maybe rain/snow/mix) systems. Other than that, try to get outdoors to enjoy the beautiful conditions over the next few days. For more updates, follow us on Facebook and download the PA Weather Action app.
