A well-deserved break from the rain will greet us this week, along with warmer than normal temperatures. Unfortunately, for those who yearn for winter, you will have to wait a while. Thankfully there are some marginal opportunities for some wintry weather later next week.

There will be a moisture-starved system passing northward through the Great Lakes that could bring the chance for isolated showers Friday and Saturday. Above-normal temperatures will continue.
