Lingering showers on Friday will lead to a weekend full of sunshine and warmer temperatures.
Friday
A chance for showers is expected, especially in the morning hours. Mostly to partly cloudy skies can be expected for the majority of the region. Temperatures will range from low to mid-70s, with some areas to the east experiencing temperatures in the mid to high 60s. Lows for the region will range from the mid to low 50s.
Saturday
High pressure will dominate the entire region starting Saturday and continue into the middle of next week. Seasonably warm temperatures and dry conditions can be expected with abundant sunshine. Temperatures will begin to trend upwards with most areas seeing high temperatures in the mid to upper 70s. Evening lows will continue to range in the mid to low 50s.
Sunday
Sunny skies and warm temperatures will be seen throughout the region on Sunday. 80 or near 80-degree highs can be expected for the western portions of the region. Lows will continue to follow the same temperature pattern, ranging in the mid to low 50s.
