Rain is in the forecast for the majority of the week. Temperatures will begin to fall midweek, bringing the chance for a rain/snow mix for some portions of the region.

Wednesday

Rain can be expected throughout the region. Highs will be in the mid 50s to high 40s.  Winds will be out of the southeast at 9-14 mph, higher elevations could see wind gusts up to 20 mph. Lows will be in low 40s to mid 30s.

Thursday

Overcast skies with a chance for rain can be expected. Highs will be in the low 50s to mid 40s. Winds will be out of the west at 5-10 mph. Lows will be in the high to mid 30s.

Friday

Cooler temperatures with rain showers likely, a mix of snowflakes in the higher elevations can be experienced later in the day. Highs will be in the mid to low 40s. Lows will be in the low 30s to mid 20s.

There are inconsistencies in the total rainfall amounts expected throughout the region.  Most places could see totals above 1 to 1 and a half inches.
