An active weather pattern will persist throughout the week and into the weekend bringing daily chances for rain and thunderstorms. Flooding in flood prone areas could become an issue as the week progresses. 

 

Tuesday

Cloudy with a chance for rain and thunderstorms in the afternoon and overnight hours. Highs will range in the 70s, Lows will be in the mid to low 60s. 

 

Winds will be out of the south-southeast at 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday

Chances for showers and thunderstorms are possible in the morning and again in the afternoon hours. Highs will be in the low 80s to mid 70s, lows will be low 60s to mid 50s.

 

Winds will be out of the west at 10 to 15 mph. Wind gusts above 20 mph are possible in the higher elevations.

Thursday

Showers and thunderstorms are possible throughout the day. Highs will be in the low 70s, lows will be in the low 50s to mid 50.

 

Gusty conditions are possible throughout the day with peak gusts being around 20 mph.  Total forecasted precipitation from Tuesday to Thursday for the region will range from 3/4 of an inch to 1 1/4 inches.
