Temperatures will begin to rebound this weekend however they will still be below normal. Chances for snow showers will be possible in the northern portions of the region and the higher altitudes.

Friday

Mostly cloudy and still cold, with chances for snow showers primarily in the northern portions and higher elevations of the region. Highs will be in the low 20s to mid-teens, lows will be in the mid-single digits. Winds will be out of the west at 3 to 7 mph, with wind chill values being around -5 into early Saturday.

 

Saturday

Partly sunny skies with chances for evening snow showers. Highs will be in the low 30s to mid 20s, lows will be in the mid to low 20s. Winds will be out of the south-southwest at 6 to 13 mph, with wind gusts approaching 30 mph in some areas. 

 

Sunday

Mostly cloudy with a chance for snow showers in some areas. Highs will be in the low 30s, lows will be in the mid-teens. Winds will be out the west-southwest at 10-15 mph, with gusts between 20-25 mph.
