After yet another damp weekend, temperatures and humidity will increase this week as a sprawling surface high coddles our area with Indian Summer conditions. Daytime temperatures will soar well into the 70s in the lower elevations. And even in the higher elevations, temperatures will reach into the 60s and remain above freezing overnight. This increasingly humid and warm pattern will continue through this weekend, with a cold front threatening our area late this weekend or earlier next week. In the meantime, enjoy this amazing stretch of autumn weather and the colours it will bring!
TUESDAY
The surface high will take over, providing sunny conditions perfect for leaf gawking! Enjoy
WEDNESDAY

THURSDAY
Thursday will present yet another day of mild Indian-Summer temperatures and increasing humidity. And another wonderful day for leaf-gawking! Enjoy!
Warm weather will continue through this weekend,, but there will be a frontal zone threatening us this weekend. At this point the threat of rain should hold off until late in the weekend or early next week.
Meanwhile, as we enjoy this warm Indian Summer weather, parts of Montana, North Dakota, and norther Minnesota will enjoy significant snowfall later this week:
