Near record highs are expected to continue through Tuesday before rain chances return to the region mid-week.

Tuesday

Mostly sunny skies with a chance for rain beginning in the late afternoon hours. Highs will be in the low 70s to mid 60s. Winds will be out of the southeast at 6 to 9 mph. Lows will be in the mid to low 50s.

Wednesday

Rain is expected throughout the region for most of the day on Wednesday. Highs will be in the low 60s to upper 50s. Winds will be east-southeast at 5 to 9 mph. Lows will be in the mid 40s.

Rainfall totals will span the regions from less than a quarter of an inch to over 3 quarters of an inch thru Wednesday.

Thursday

Lingering rain showers could be possible in the early morning hours for some areas, partly sunny conditions will follow. Highs will be in the high to mid 50s. Lows will be low 40s.
