Tuesday will be another chilly day across the region with a mix of clouds and sunshine. There’s a slight chance for a passing rain or snow shower across Western Pennsylvania. High temperatures will reach the mid to upper 40s throughout much of the state. It will be a bit colder across the highest elevations with highs in the upper 30s. Winds will still be on the gusty side at times, gusting up to 25 mph.
