Clear sunny conditions expected to begin and end the weekend, with a chance for rain on Saturday.  Temperatures are on the rise, potentially bringing some of the hottest high temperatures the region has seen so far this year. 

Friday

Clear and Sunny conditions. Highs will range from the low 70s to upper 50s throughout the region. Winds will be out of the southeast at 8 to 16 mph, wind gusts approaching 20 mph are possible in the higher elevations. Lows will range between 50 and 40 degrees. Rain chances will move into the region in the overnight hours.

Saturday

A chance for rain and thunderstorms is possible in the morning and early afternoon hours. Highs will range in the low 70s to upper 50s. Winds will be out of the southeast at 9 to 13 mph. Higher wind gusts could be possible in any thunderstorms that occur. Lows will be in the low 50s.

Sunday

Mostly sunny for the majority of the day on Sunday with a slight chance for scattered rain and thunderstorms in the afternoon hours. Highs will be in the low 80s to mid 70s. Lows will be in the low 60s to mid 50s.
